Antioxidants such as (glucosinalates, isothyanocyanates) two groups of antioxidants known to have anti cancer, heart disease and inflammation effects
High in choline. Helping brain function, cognitive intuition
Sulphoraphane, preventing the growth of cancerous enzymes
Who should not eat cauliflower:
People with iodine deficiency
I would also say if they have chrohn’s or ibs to stay away from high amounts
